Shipping & Returns
We thank you for your orders! We strive to get your items pulled, inspected, wrapped and shipped within just a day or two of your purchase depending on the day you ordered. All our Boutiques are normally closed on Sundays & Mondays so we typically ship Tuesday - Saturday. All packages are shipped using USPS so we obtain all tracking information. We are happy to offer a 10-day Exchange Policy. Product exchanges for fashion items that have not been worn or laundered, must have tags still intact on each garment. Unfortunately, items that may be covered in animal hair or smell of tobacco are not eligible for exchange.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Should you not be able to find something online to exchange immediatly, we will mail a Gift Certificate to you in the amount of the exchange. The Gift Certificate may be used online or in store.
We cannot accept exchanges for jewelry, gift items, or hats.
